The position of HR Manager will involve:
- Giving full HR generalist support to the business
- Partnering with key stakeholders to work with them to support their teams
- Advising and supporting on recruitment
- Learning, training and development
- Driving the D&I agenda
- Performance management
- HR administration
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Manager will:
- Have standalone HR experience, ideally at Manager level
- Be a strong generalist
- Ideally come from an Entertainment, Leisure or Hospitality background
- Be a strong communicator
- Have strong time management and organisational skills
