We are working with a global FMCG business who are looking for a talented HR Advisor to join their London team. You will be crucial in supporting the HQ Group function in everything from recruitment, ER, payroll, benefits and system management. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership in your own areas is a must for this business. An interest in workplace mental health and wellbeing is great, as you will be responsible for taking a lead on this for the business. System management experience is also ideal, preferably SuccessFactors.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple HR processes ensuring they are up to date and there is efficiency in all areas, whilst utilising technology and systems
  • Run inductions and the onboarding of new starters
  • Support in recruitment with a particular focus on administrative to Junior roles
  • Promote work life balance, mental health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts
  • Support in employee relation cases including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Adhoc project work

A driven mentality, strong work ethic and a desire to work in a professional working environment are all key to this position. This is a challenging role with a need for someone who is willing to really go the extra mile. This role will be office based so you but be willing to go into the office.
