HR, Global Talent Acquisition Manager

My client are a global healthcare technology start-up with an incredible mission and the need for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join them. You must have experience working within the technology space and ideally a start-up business.

As their first Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing their global growth across engineering, product, operations and sales. You will be responsible for;

• Design and implement a global recruitment strategy working closely with the VP of People
• Create measurable targets for scaling a diverse and global business
• Build strong relationships with technical external recruiters across multiple international locations
• Sourcing and managing end to end processes, alongside candidate experiences and talent attraction
• Building and maintaining a successful pipeline cross all engineering, product, operations and sales roles
• Coaching hiring managers globally on best practices for recruitment
• Owning and leading their internship and graduate programme and building relationships with institutions and universities

Ideally you will have experience in a SaaS technology business and have a strong understanding of building an engineering culture and business. Offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits, this role is completely remote, but you will need to be able to travel to London when needed.
