My client are a globally expanding e-commerce and retail brand who are looking for an experience Senior Reward Manager to join their team. This is a standalone role and an opportunity build a new function from scratch. You will be both operationally hands-on as well as work strategically, with the ability to create and implement a new Reward strategy. The desire and drive to do both is a must.
You will be responsible for;
- Creating a global strategy to help increase attraction and retention of employees and be the expert in all reward initiatives including;
- pay benefits
- international assignees
- incentive and recognition programmes.
- Working closely with the global People teams to understand local needs and requirements
- Design, implement and roll out all reward initiatives in line with company values
You must have expert technical compensation and benefit knowledge, ideally across multiple countries, as well as experience of policy and management of global assignments. Experience in a technology, digital, e-commerce or retail business is highly advantageous.
