Your new company
This is an SME who is looking for some support from an experienced candidate who is more than happy to pick up employee queries and concerns as well as being the sole HR admin support working with the HR system, Bamboo to ensure the seamless running of payroll and all reports.

Your new role
This is a stand alone role, running the full administration of the HR function. You will be working with the HR system Bamboo to ensure all employee information is up to date both in the UK and overseas. You will manually make changes and updates to the monthly payroll and benefits admin, You will have full responsibility for the HR Inbox, answering general queries, escalating to senior leaders where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be good with systems, reporting and excel. Generalist experience with experience working in a standalone role. Previous experience using Bamboo HR system would be an advantage.
