My client are a series-A funded global technology start-up who are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their growing business and lead on all their technical hires. Experience in-house is needed, as alongside end-to-end recruitment, you will also lead on implementing new processes and running projects on a global scale. They are looking to double their growth in the next year so experience in a scaling business is key for this position.
You will lead on all technical recruitment including a handful of specialist roles. Whilst growth is key, for them it’s all about getting the right talent through the door so someone with experience in hiring highly specialist technical roles is crucial. You will work closely with the other Talent Partners and the People Director to ensure candidate journey, employer branding and talent attraction is the best it possibly can be.
Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite level is crucial, as well as the ability to coach and push back when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to go on an exciting journey with a start-up and really build something for this amazing business.
This role is currently remote with hybrid working being introduced in the new year when they secure new London offices.
