Not-for-Profit organisation looking for an experienced HRBP for a 6 month FTC, starting asap. Covering the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire area.

Description
As the interim HRBP you will work closely with the operational side of the organisation for your region to deliver an effective and business focused HR service to meet the needs and priorities of the region in line with budgets and HR strategy. You will also co-ordinate and deliver HR initiatives and projects as identified.
The right HRBP will have excellent communication skills and have specialist HR knowledge, providing expert advice and guidance on all areas of HR to include managing change, employee relations, performance management and implementation of HR initiatives.
Profile
Candidates will ideally be CIPD qualified
Have extensive experience working in a fast paced environment
Solid Senior Stakeholder management and relationship building
Ideally have experience in working for a multi-site organisation
Job Offer
c£40k + benefits and travel expenses
Candidates must be available to interview w/c 24th January - with a view to starting asap.
