Page Personnel HR are working with a Northwich-based company on an exciting new role. They are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support the Group Talent Partner and wider operational business with the direct sourcing and selection of talent with a specific focus on their Product Development and Regulatory Affairs division. There will also be the opportunity to work on global HR and TA projects.

Our client are a growing business who are well recognised within their industry. They are seeking a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and support the company in a busy role. This role has come about due to growth and will enable further expansion. Sites are based near Northwich.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist are working on niche roles and sourcing high quality talent for the product development and regulatory affairs divisions, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, offering advice and guidance, creating job descriptions and adverts, arranging interviews, liaising with external agency suppliers, maintaining in-house databases, promoting the company brand. The role is based near Northwich.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • in-house/agency recruitment experience within niche markets
  • a genuine interest in life sciences and willingness to learn more
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • computer literacy with MS Office and in-house systems

Job Offer

Our client offers a salary between £30,000 and £38,000 depending on experience, on-site parking, hybrid working, excellent benefits package and development opportunities.
