This role is responsible for the design, delivery and ongoing implementation of all performance and development programmes aligned to the business and people strategy. Working collaboratively with the People Director, and peer group in the People Leadership Team as well as Senior Stakeholders around the business, to create strategies that facilitate improved organisational performance. This will encompass performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching and development up to and including senior management and EMT level to meet the current and future needs of the business.
The role holder will play a key part in creating high performing teams, ensure quantifiable, value add outcomes through identifying and delivering the devised people related development corporate agenda. Delivery through either their direct reports or matrix management, ensuring that colleagues receive a seamless experience to drive the business as a true employer of choice which has empowered colleagues to achieve their full potential.
