A Recruiter role in Camberley / WFH pays c£55K supporting talent projects and development on a contract basis.

A growing multinational organisation with roots in the medical world. Due to continued business success, a Recruiter is required, initially on a contract basis, to support infrastructure growth.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of global hiring across all functional areas, as well as supporting on key projects. You will partner with local, regional and global hiring managers to support planned business transformation, as well as talent pooling for workforce development.
As part of your role you will take ownership of end-to-end hiring, ensuring a first-class candidate experience and stakeholder management by partnering with managers across the business on recruitment strategy, advising them on the optimal approach for each situation through direct delivery and engagement third parties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years in house experience and be able to influence and operate within a changing environment. You will have demonstrable experience working at pace with wider business strategy in mind. It is preferable that you have Pharma / Medical / Life Sciences or R&D based experience.
