Description
You will be the HR lead for your area of the business, you will also be involved with a variety of projects, working closely with the management team. As the HR Manager you will be working on complex ER issues, providing appropriate solution-focused recommendations and resolutions. Provide a dedicated HR advisory service to the population of managers, advising on everything from absence to employee relations matters.
Profile
As the HR Manager you will have previous experience in a similar role with exposure to a large workforce, preferably in an operational environment and previous ER caseload management experience.
An excellent understanding of HR processes/procedures and employment law
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels
