Here we have an exciting opportunity within a large Financial Services organisation for an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join the HRIS team. You will be leading on certain modules and extracting full potential from the Workday system.
We are looking for an established Workday Analyst to join the team and lead on Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation and Recruitment modules within Workday, additional experience in other modules such as, Benefits and Absence, would be a plus.
Main day to day responsibilities:
- Proactively suggest and lead systems improvements, - including technical design, configure changes with the right security set up and test systems changes, following the change request process.
- Support Global Head of HR systems in delivery of road-map activities and frameworks.
- Ensure systems governance principles are followed and keeping up to date on new functionalities within the system.
- Manage complex employee and manager requests via tiered HR support model.
- Proven experience in leading the systems aspects of core projects including the annual compensation reviews.
- Proven experience in configuring Workday processes including compensation, advanced compensation and recruiting.

Please note this is a UK based opportunity and will require regular travel to London based offices. There will be a hybrid way of working with some working from home and some on-site.
