A leading fashion business in the UK are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them for a 12 month fixed-term contract. This person will sit within the buying and merchandising team, some experience in these areas would be beneficial to your application.
Some key areas of focus will be engagement, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, talent attraction and retention as well as an ability to manage key stakeholders in the business.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to build effective relationships across the support centres which include Reward, Employee Relations and Talent Attraction.
This role is currently working from home but there is an expectation of around two/three days in the office per week usually.
