L&D Co-ordinator contract - 6 months+ - Leeds or Manchester based

A global professional firm with offices in Leeds and Manchester. Hybrid and some remote working available.

Your new role
In this role you will support the co-ordination and administration of an organisation-wide training project. You will work as part of the Operational L&D team on the delivery of key learning activities involved in this training rollout. The role of the L&D Administrator will include:

  • Working with the HR Systems team to manage the programme build and reporting activities within the Learning Management System to deliver the training programme.
  • Building and maintaining the training schedules
  • Generating reports on all learning activity
  • Liaising with external training suppliers
  • Organising and producing training materials
  • Managing the rollout of evaluations following training courses or programmes
  • Assisting with the management of the L&D inboxes, answering queries about project training.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working with HR/Learning platforms and systems
  • Ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be highly organised and have an excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills and comfortable working with systems
