Job Details
- Partner with the Reward and HR Operations Team
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on internal and external data
- Produce accurate monthly and quarterly MI Reports
- Ownership of projects for a new MI Tool (Headcount)
- Integration of data across HR Systems
- Support the HR Team with reports including clear people date aligned to business objectives
- Experience Required
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel and systems knowledge
- Strong visualisation skills and systems knowledge - HR systems are preferable
- Experience of Reporting tools such as Tableau and Anaplan would be beneficial but not essential
