Role: HR Business Partner – 12 Month Mat Cover
Industry: Events & Publishing
Location: Hybrid working – Offices Central London
Salary: up to £65,000
I am working with a FTSE 100 global events and publishing company who are looking for an experienced HRBP to join them to support on all people related activities over a 12 month Maternity cover.
Responsibilities include:
- Coach, influence and be an expert to the leadership team, driving increased leadership effectiveness
- Be the strategic business partner supporting the Group leaders to develop, manage and execute on organisation design and changes arising from that including reorganisation projects, working closely with business stakeholders, wider HR teams and finance to keep plans on track
- Partner with the Learning & Performance team to drive the learning and leadership development agenda for 2022
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and manage people related risks in partnership with the in-house legal team
The HR Business Partner will have the following skills, expertise and experience:
- Significant HRBP experience having worked in a large complex business, prior experience dealing with senior/executive level business stakeholders on people priorities at a strategic level
- Must have experience of supporting transformational business change and restructuring and delivering at pace within a complex environment
- Able to effectively manage employee relations activity, with deep knowledge of contemporary HR practices as well as a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities for the global client group
- Superior consulting and change management skills. Able to sell ideas and create engagement
- Able to challenge and influence at a senior leadership level
- Project management and organisational skills
- Ability to develop and present content with confidence and gravitas
