Role: Recruitment Executive – 9-month FTC

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

An exciting role for a Recruitment Executive to work for one of the largest global financial service companies in the world. You will partner with hiring managers across the business to understand their current and future needs. To recruit hi volume top talent in the most efficient and cost-effective manner whilst promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media platforms, career events and the careers website.
• Ensure the company EVP and branding is incorporated in all internal and external communications.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure each vacancy has a clearly defined recruitment process which is fair and consistent.
• To provide expert support and advice to assist with fair decision making
• Conduct initial telephone screening and provided interview support to managers where required
• Work with hiring managers to ensure interviewees are provided with appropriate feedback
