Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global business in their search for a Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Manager. This role will be to design, lead and execute the talent and resourcing strategy to attract, recruit, develop and retain the best talent in this sector. The role will report directly into the HR Director and will have one direct report at this stage.


The company is very tech focused so the ability to understand the client group and to have hired in the tech sector would be an advantage. The company is part of a much larger group with global remit. The head office is in West London, however, there is a flexible working from home arrangement with only the occasional need to be in the office.


The successful candidate will:


* Be a standout recruiter with proven credentials and experience - particularly confident and comfortable in digital, tech product, commercial and data hiring
* Forming strong stakeholder relationships, with a proven ability of influencing and persuading internally and externally
* Have the ability to lead and execute in a stand-alone TA role
* Have effective senior stakeholder management, balancing and finding compromises between opposing views and opinions
* Be good at business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a value added service to business customers
* Be able to extract requirements from business stakeholders and documenting them in a succinct manner
* Have the ability to recognise priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment of strategic business goals and objectives
* Embracing and managing both business and IT change as necessary to help shape future direction
* Be able to work under pressure
