Description
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivery of key elements of the Talent Strategy, owning various projects including;
- Looking at how the business attracts and retains talent across the business
- Looking at EVP, Employer branding for the organisation
- Focus on improving and adding content to new careers site, working closely with the Comms team
- Managing the returner and armed forces programme
- Other Talent/Resourcing Projects
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience in a similar Talent/Resourcing role
- Experience looking at building an EVP
- Project experience
- Adaptable and able to work at a fast pace
