A growing biopharmaceutical company in Cambridge are seeking to bring in a HR Coordinator to cover Talent Acquisition and Reward duties for the Human Resources department on a permanent basis.
The Talent & Reward Coordinator will provide coordination & administration support across talent acquisition, talent management, and reward activities. Talent acquisition coordination will take up the majority of your time, although you will get involved in other activities across talent management and reward.
Support the Talent Acquisition Partners across the UK and US with all aspects of the hiring process, ensuring our hiring process is efficient, and candidates are kept informed along the process.
Quality assurance of all job descriptions, job adverts ensuring high levels of accuracy and alignment to EVP, culture and values.
Create and publish requisitions in our Talent Acquisition suite (ATS & CRM) always ensuring that the system is up to date and data quality is high.
Support the TA team with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities, including the content management of various online channels e.g. LinkedIn, websites.
Provide seamless interview scheduling and calendar management support, for virtual and on-site interviews, as well as other assessments.
This role is hybrid and will require someone in the Cambridge office 2-3 days per week with the rest from home.
