We are currently recruiting for this SME commercial business in Kidderminster who are looking for some temporary HR support on a part time basis.
Your new role
You will be supporting the HR Manager with the administration of the full employee lifecycle. Typical things might include, issuing contracts to new starters and ensuring all of their pre employment checks are done, through to updating employee records with changes to terms or shift patterns.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who is looking for about 20 -25 hours per week and can start as soon as possible. With a very approachable HR function, you will also need strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of staff.
