Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client on a Senior People Advisor role for their site in Atherstone, Warwickshire. You will be the HR lead so you must be an experienced HR Generalist and comfortable with operating within a HR Team and covering the full employee life cycle along with a few transactional duties.

Working on site Monday to Friday you will be involved in a wider range of activities from managing Disciplinary & Grievances through to coaching managers and promoting opportunities through employee engagement.

If you are a driven Senior HR professional with a can do attitude, positive nature and looking for the opportunity progression in the future, then this would be a great role and business to be part of. You will be on site Monday to Friday, working 8am/8:30am - 5pm/5:30pm.

·Manage high volume ER casework, including complex disciplinary/grievance/appeal hearings.
·Build relationships with key stakeholders in the business and those based at mobile sites.
·Preparing contracts of employment for signature.
·Ensure all personal and contractual details are kept up to date, records are kept on their personnel files and changed on the HR information system. This includes all personal and contractual changes and any other related documentation/information.
·Take ownership of the absence management procedure, taking necessary action.
·Constantly review the on-boarding process, ensuring induction is undertaken and relevant policies are understood, agreed and signed by the employee.
·Make recommendations for improvement.
·Deal with all queries associated with payroll e.g. from employees, Overtime, Holiday, DSS, IR, Local Authority etc.
·Supporting project implementation and delivery.
·Provide opportunities for coaching and mentoring.
·Deliver training initiatives and support the PDR process.
·Providing support for the wider HR team as required.
·Be a role model for upholding the values of the company.
·Proposing new ways to work to create efficiencies and promote automation
