Job Details
- Take charger and update SelectHR ensuring all people changes are with the correct documentation.
- Provide training to new HR members on SelectHR.
- Support senior leadership through the completion of regular audits of SelectHR data to support the production of management information.
- To ensure smooth relations with the Business support team to create an HRIS superuser group.
- Be the first point of contact for employees that have queries for employees regarding SelectHR.
- Provide project support to the head of HR operations and systems
- Lead the regular review of a standardised suite of SelectHR
- Must have suitable HRIS experience.
- Experience in using HR systems.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Have experience in analysis and communications skills.
- To be able to deliver impact-led continuous improvements to established processes.
