Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Recruiter to join a fantastic client in Birmingham. You will have lots of flexibility to work from home with time in the office once every two weeks or more if you want!
We are seeking a Recruiter who will work with hiring across finance and HR and you will manage a portfolio of roles and work with key stakeholders across the business.
Our client is looking for a resourcer wanting to take a step up or a recruiter who wants to move to a new challenge working with a brilliant recruitment manager. You will need to demonstrate strengths in candidate attraction, agency briefings, preselection, and screening processes. You will need to use tools to directly source candidates to the firm also.
