Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Generalist HR Support to managers and employees
- Manage all ER issues
- Reporting on Absence, turnover etc
- Coordinate yearly performance development process
- Maintain and manage HR system
- Lead on any TUPE transfers as the business grows
- Maintain policies and procedures ensuring full compliance and making sure they are up to date
- Potential to line manage in the future
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be CIPD L5 minimum
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong HR generalist
- Organised and efficient
- Confidential and professional manner
- Experience at Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager level
- Willing to visit Head office in Leicester as required
