Interim Resourcing Manager

As Interim Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for working with regional managers and BPs to identify current vs future resourcing needs, support the Head of Talent to embed a new Resourcing structure, support in developing attraction and selection strategies, support hiring managers with ways of recruiting, managing PSL including ensuring full compliance from suppliers and reducing spend and drive best recruitment practice.
The successful candidate will have significant amount of recruitment/resourcing experience, experience managing PSLs, using ATS systems, developing attraction strategies and ideally have recruited into a skill short market.
You will need to be available to start within a few weeks.
On offer for the successful candidate is a competitive day rate, 3-6 month contract and the option to work hybrid or remote. There is also the potential that this role could turn into a permanent position.
