Payroll & HR Co-Ordinator - Permanent - Retail - Central London

I am currently working with a much loved high street retailer with massive growth plans in place for the next five years starting in 2022.

The Payroll & HR Co-Ordinator with be reporting into the Payroll & Benefits Manager focusing on assisting and support them with all payroll duties along with gaining exposure to HR duties such as issuing contracts, starters & leavers and any other HR related queries.

The successful Payroll & HR Co-Ordinator with be reporting into the Payroll & Benefits Manager focusing/assiting:

- UK/ROI payroll
- Running payroll reports
- HR queries

Key skills & responsibilities

- Assisting with processing starters and leavers through payroll
- Running reports from HR for payroll before each monthly cycle
- Maintaining the payroll inbox queries and answering in a timely manner
- Assisting with any and all HR queries
- Issuing all new starters contracts and dealing with any promotions of bonus documents
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience with ADP
