Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology

I have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (technology) at an exciting, pioneering and incredibly successful international Fintech. They are creating new products all the time and are looking for someone to utilise their network to build out their diverse technology talent. You will be leading searches for technology across all the global offices and these roles will be pivotal in transforming the financial industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference across a truly diverse and international organisation!

Salary: paying between £60,000 to £80,000 plus bonus, plus stock options and top notch tech pack!

Hybrid working, with the opportunity to work at different European locations should you so desire!

Accountabilities:

• Recruiting top Technology talent globally managing the end to end recruitment process
• Being a trusted advisor to your hiring managers, understanding business objectives and developing strategies to deliver on hiring goals.
• Utilising best in class sourcing methods to target a diverse range of talent
• Developing insights and knowledge of talent in international markets to support international hiring
• Assessing capabilities and managing the evaluation process and hiring decisions, always ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Providing MI analysis and reports to business leadership

Skills and experience

• Must have experience of recruiting technical roles for a global company
• You will ideally have experience within Fintech, Financial Services or an international start-up
• Demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting diverse tech talent
• Strong network of international potential hires across Europe
• Confident and collaborative with strong delivery skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
• Strong data analytical and insights experience
