Fully remote Project Manager role 2 yr FTC


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experinced PM who would like to join a small team and a very worthwhile Charity to help them acheive their objectives.


Key duties and responsibilities:

Developing / Scoping of Projects
* Scope and develop projects to achieve business aims and objectives
* Assess diversity, equality and inclusion impact on all projects
* Determine safeguarding risks and necessary controls for all projects
* Lead the mobilisation of projects using judgement to make recommendations on sequencing/timing of implementation across a number of project streams
* Prioritise key actions and manage any conflicting demands to deliver to agreed timescales
Delivery of Projects within Agreed Parameters
* Challenge any delays to progress of projects - monitor and adjust plans where appropriate
* Ensure resources are directed as necessary to meet deadlines
* Organise own workload to ensure tasks are fulfilled, managing busier and quieter periods appropriately
* Devise dashboard to update on all project objectives and timescales
* Delivery of high quality outputs with appropriate mechanisms to measure success/outcomes
Delivery of Projects through Key Contacts and Partnerships
* Build effective working partnerships internally / externally as required to collaboratively deliver projects
* Persuade, motivate and support others to execute projects effectively
* Adopt and maintain strong links with all subject matter experts across Compass
* Internal and external communication of new projects launched
Evaluation of Projects and Embedding of Change
* Build in a robust evaluation process for each project to understand level of success, learnings and any remedial actions needed
* Use critical evaluation skills to measure project success incorporating feedback from key contacts
* Recommend and lead (where appropriate) remedial actions where needed for changes to be fully embedded
