An exciting opportunity is available with a highly successful Property Investment business. The company are hugely successful and as such are opening new offices in London where this role will be based. The successful candidate will be hiring for both London and Chester.

This is a newly created role and the first inhouse recruitment position that the business has had which will enable the successful candidate to really put their stamp on the role. This is a 360 degree role requiring someone who can be responsible for the full recruitment journey, hands on recruitment as well as strategy, work closely with the business for present and upcoming needs and provide a first class candidate experience.

To be a success in the role candidates must be able to demonstrate superb recruitment experience and have prior corporate, private sector experience. Property, Financial Services, Professional Services would be ideal. The candidate will be the external ambassador for the role so they will need to be engaging, dynamic, intelligent and will really be able to be passionate about the business and its offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent pipeline strategies to identify high potential candidates by utilising all sources (LinkedIn, social media, professional networks and portfolio sites etc.) for positions available in the national offices.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from beginning to end, making any amendments to the current procedures to ensure a superb candidate experience and continuity across the business. Attend interviews with candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews. Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs. Participate in recruitment events to boost company's reputation. Research conferences and training programs that will benefit individual employees based on their needs. Support the company coordinator in key activities connected with onboarding of colleagues, HR projects and building a strong employer brand. Design, implement and promote employee referral programme. Mentor, coaching & up skilling a high performing team. Develop a social media presence for the use of recruitment.

Requirements:

    Be an expert in recruitment and be able to guide the wider team on all resourcing issues. Proven track record of how and where to engage with specific candidate audiences and using various channels to achieve this. Excellent communicator (verbal and written). Exceptional organisational skills and can deliver to deadlines. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and results orientated.Able to work with a variety of stakeholders. Resilient, with a strong work ethic and pride in finding great talent. Must be flexible to travel between Chester and London offices.
