Page Personnel are partnering with a leading legal firm, based in central Liverpool, who are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join their growing team. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Learning and Development Advisor in implementing the L&D strategy.

Description

The Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the planning, design and delivery of a range of blended, online, and face to face learning programmes
  • Building positive working relationships with third party training providers
  • Providing support across the early careers lifecycle, with a focus of professional development routes
  • Assist in the development of apprenticeship pathways
  • Support the Senior Learning and Development Advisor with forecasting for the training budget
  • Administrative duties related to Learning and Development
  • Project work
  • Data analysis
  • Support in the delivery of the Learning and Development strategy
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Learning and Development Advisor will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of apprenticeship pathways is essential
  • At least 12 months experience withing a Learning & Development position
  • Experience of Training Needs Analysis
  • A genuine passion for Learning & Development
  • Good administrative skills
