Talent and Recruitment Partner - 12-15 Month FTC
Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a Talent and Recruitment Partner to join a leading Real Estate company on a 12-15 Month FTC basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the whole recruitment process across the UK Residential Sales and Lettings business.

This position is open to both inhouse recruiters and highly motivated recruiters who are looking to move away from an agency environment. Specifically, I am looking to speak with individuals who have experience hiring across a range of specialisms and understand the challenges of recruiting in a very fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the 360-recruitment process for all hires across the Residential Sales and Lettings function of the business.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, providing advice on where changes are necessary.
  • Ensure Heads of Region and Heads of Departments receive honest and continuous feedback on the recruitment market and its challenges.
  • Work closely with the wider recruitment team on initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to ensure the onboarding process is efficient and consistent across the board.
  • Present recruitment updates at Board level.
  • Ensure the EDI strategy is delivered, and that equality, equity and inclusion is embedded across the talent acquisition agenda.

Key Skills:

  • An experienced agency or in-house TA partner with proven success working within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience working within a 360-recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of selection methods and techniques.
  • Proven experience working with candidate testing tools, ATS and databases.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.


This role is to be based in West London and is paying up to £55,000 plus benefits.
