People and Culture Coordinator

Your new company
A global real estate investor is looking for a motivated and experienced HR generalist, to join the HR team. This position will cover a headcount of 500, across Europe. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate all processes and documentation associated with employee changes
• Support the recruitment processes including interviews, contracts and candidate screening.
• Input all employee data into HRIS
• Monitor absence records and input instances of sickness absence
• Coordinate the end-to-end monthly UK payroll processes
• Support the L&D team with day to day responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant HR experience in a generalist experience
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Workday experience would be beneficial
• Have a positive and motivated attitude
