HRBP, Public sector, hybrid, 6 month FTC

HR Business Partner (Regional & Projects)

HRBP, 6 months FTC. Up to £45,000 dependent on experience. Hybrid working with some travel to Gloucestershire area with 2 days per week on-site.

I am thrilled to be recruiting for this position as a HR Business Partner in the public sector.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, your main role will be based around ER and operational support. Your role will be focused on partnering to meet the business needs. This role is focused on providing guidance in all areas of HR such as managing change, employee relations, performance management and implementation of HR initiatives. In this 6 month FTC you'll be providing professional, sound and commercial advise.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a good understanding of the employment law role so that contractual and legislative requirements can be met. Ideally a member of CIPD. This opportunity will ideally suit candidates with multisite experience and a flexible approach and will to travel some of the time.
