Your new role
Our leading financial services client is looking to hire into their Scholar & UK Apprenticeship team to manage level 3 and Level 4 programs and support the overall team, with Program delivery across Scholar and Apprenticeships, Managing learning activities including, but not limited to, insight sessions, induction events, workshops, 121's, portfolios / projects / EPAs, Day-to-day operations with training providers and Learner tracking / progress reporting. You will also be responsible for Delivery of Functional Skills and management of funding compliance activities, Program specific graduation and networking events, operational support to Lead Program Manager and vendor, risk and levy support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience in the delivery of end to end apprentice schemes gained in a complex matrix, ideally financial services business. You will have excellent organisation skills and will be able to demonstrate where you have coordinated and managed a variety of training and learning events including managing relationships with external vendors. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month contract working in London City in hybrid manner.
