A Compensation and Benefits Analyst to:
- Support the day-to-day activities
- Provide research and recommendations, ensuring competitive global compensation
- Annual year end process
- Market surveys
- Track Comps and Bens expenditures
- Responsible for data integrity
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmark reviews
Profile
A Compensation and Benefits Analyst:
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Familiar with workday desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace and high volume environment
