Salary: NJC SCP 36 – 40, £42,609 - £46,536 (Full Time Equivalent)
Type: Permanent
Working pattern: Full-time, 35 hours per week, with term-time only option available

Reporting to the Trust’s Director of Human Resources based at the Guildhall in the City of London, the Human Resources Business Partner is a key position within the Human Resources function. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality, proactive service to Trust schools.
You
Dynamic and motivational, you will be supporting the Director of Human Resources in driving HR strategy, reviewing, and setting policies across the Trust and ensuring that outcomes are consistent and compliant. You will need to be CIPD qualified or have a significant level of experience at a managerial level or HR Business Partner level, with a high level of skills, knowledge, and experience to lead strategic HR projects across the whole Trust.
