Description
I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Site HR Manager in Devon. The HR Manager will make up part of the Senior Management team on site and drive the HR agenda to develop and deliver the key HR and business objectives. If you are already a HR Manager or looking to step up to a Manager role, then this will be a great opportunity.
As the Site HR Manager you will work in partnership with the site leadership team and as part of wider HR team to develop and deliver the key HR objectives. You will be an expert for all aspects of HR and lead a team.

CIPD Qualified
Previous experience working with a unionised environment
Experience of leading TU negotiations, pay awards & T&Cs reviews
Strong ER knowledge
Change Management
Excellent Stakeholder Management
Job Offer
Salary is between £45k - £65k dependant on experience + Car Allowance & Bonus
