Head of Reward - Stevenage - £65-75,000 plus benefits
Excellent opportunity to work for a well known, commercial, forward thinking company as Head of Reward. You will need to be a Reward Expert who is already operating in a Senior Reward role and who is looking to take on a new challenge/step up in a complex organisation. You will be analytical, hands on, commercial and able to positively change existing processes and come up with the innovative and new ways of working.
- Defining and implementing the UK Reward Strategy to include compensation, benefits and incentives through to managing the full cyclical Reward activity
- Developing strong senior relationships
- Project managing a full view of the existing pay and benefits process
- Reviewing and analysing key external trends to redesign a new approach
- Managing, with the UK Shareholder the transfer of pensions from in-house to external provider
- Oversee the UK Reward team
- Experience of working in an International Reward environment would be beneficial
