Talent Specialist - Birmingham base with agile working, £40-45,000 + Bonus and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a recognised brand as they further enhance their Talent team. Reporting in to the Head of Talent you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects which are key to the Talent strategy.

Based from their Birmingham office, you will be responsible for

  • Managing a number of projects focused on attraction, retention and development of talent across the organisation.
  • Developing the employer brand and EVP, ensuring it is consistent across the whole candidate journey.
  • Working closely with the internal comms team to produce relevant and targeted social media content.
  • Taking ownership of the careers site, continuously improving the content, imagery and brand message.
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery against targets.
  • Collaborating with the wider Talent and HR team

To be a success in this role you will have extensive experience gained in a similar role delivering corporate Talent projects including the building of an effective EVP and careers site. You will have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve results.

Salary - £40-£45,000 + Bonus and Benefits. My client would also consider candidates looking to work condensed hours or 4 days per week.
