Senior Talent Advisor - Birmingham base with agile working, £30-33,000 + Bonus and Benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a recognised brand as they further enhance their Talent team. Reporting in to the Talent Specialist you will be responsible for delivering key elements of the talent strategy.

Based from their Birmingham office, you will be responsible for

  • Working through the design and implementation of various talent projects with a specific focus on early talent across the organisation.
  • Taking responsibility for a portfolio of graduates/appentices as they embark/continue their journey through the programme. Managing their rotations in the business and supporting stakeholders across the business
  • Continuously improving the Talent programme and embedding new processes.
  • Promoting ED&I within the talent programmes.
  • Collaborating with the wider Talent and HR team

To be a success in this role you will have experience gained in a similar role managing talent programmes either as part of a recruitment/talent or L&D team. You will have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve results.

Salary - £30-33,000 + Bonus and Benefits. My client would also consider candidates looking to work condensed hours or 4 days per week.
