Diversity & Inclusion specialist for a large complex organisation in Bournemouth for interim contract.


We have an opportunity for a Equality, Diversity & Inclusion specialist to join a large public organisation in Bournemouth.

We are seeking a specialist in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion to support the organisation with a full range or EDI responsibilities including

• Supporting and lead the organisations delivery of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and action plan.
• Develop, support and build capability, EDI training and expert advice.
• Undertake full Equality Diversity and inclusion reporting for the organisation
• Deliver on equality, diversity and inclusion projects.

Candidates
We are seeking an experience Equality, Diversity & Inclusion specialist who has a background in complex public sector organisatons or similar..

This role will be offered on a interim temporary contract via Hays online time sheets
2-3 months +
Hybrid working - eg 2 days per week in office in Bournemouth
