Your new company
We are currently working with a great organisation who are looking for a HR & Recruitment Executive to join them on a permanent basis. With offices in on the outskirts of Oxford and parking available onsite, the organisation is offering a hybrid working model,

Your new role
You will take ownership of the full recruitment process from liaising with managers to the onboarding of employees, you will then also ensure a smooth induction process. A key part of this role is the direct sourcing of great talent, utilising LinkedIn and other platforms. You will maintain the ATS and provide training to managers on best processes. You will also have ad hoc HR responsibilities, supporting employee queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of managing end to end recruitment processes and being able to work to strict deadlines. Previous HR Administrative experience would be an advantage, especially the use of ATS and HRIS. You will have excellent commination skills and a professional manner.
