HR Manager

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are working with a great Hospitality client based in the Manchester area who are on the look out for a HR Manager to join them. This role will require travel across a number of sites daily in the Manchester and Cheshire areas.
 
This role will be standalone HR Manager position that will be responsible for supporting a number of key stakeholders across multiple sites, working within a wider UK based HR team. The company have developed a new Shared service centre in the region, and have grown significantly.
 
The role:
Autonomous management of HR for a number of sites in the region, working closely with operational management teams To be part of developing an environment where the organisation strives endlessly to create a world class people culture. The HR manager will be involved in HR Planning, projects, and management of the day to day HR function. You will lead in the implementation of HR initiatives in particular around engagement and well-being, offering advice, guidance and coaching with a focus on management development. You will manage and support in a wide range of employee relations, you will lead in all recruitment and on boarding activity, and analyse and report on HR data and metrics.
 
We are looking for someone with:
·Multi-site experience
·previous experience in a HR management role
·CIPD qualified or working towards
·Hospitality, leisure or retail background is essential.
