I am currently working with a leading global las firm who are looking looking for an HR advisor to join their business supporting the firm's learning and development function.
This role will join their learning and development team based in Essex and work closely with the firm's HR Business Partner and look to develop the firm's global L&D strategy, understanding the varied needs analysis and global development programmes.
