A newly created opportunity is available within a London based Investment Manager. The business currently have circa 200 staff internationally and this is rapidly growing organically and via acquisition. They are now looking for a Senior HR Manager who will work within a HR team of 7, deputise for the Head of HR and be an integral member of the team.
This role will very much be generalist in nature and at the moment will be supporting the whole business however this is likely to change in the near future and the role will look after a mix of corporate client groups including Risk, Legal, Ops and Tech. Additionally this role will lead on all aspects of complex ER, regulatory matters such as SMCR, liaise with the Board, be responsible for HR updates and will actively contribute and lead on HR projects such as acquisitions/integrations of new businesses.
The HR Team is highly collegiate and has a brilliant culture so they are looking for this incoming person to have an excellent team ethic, work professionally and engagingly with internal stakeholder and provide insightful and thoughtful HR insight to the team and business.
We are looking for candidates that have solid HR experience within a Financial Services environment. Solid ER and employment law experience will be essential and previous exposure to SMCR. Candidates will need to be passionate and interested, be able to think commercially and be able to liaise at a senior level (Board level).
