A Global Asset Management Partnership with offices in Geneva, New York, Singapore, Jersey, Boston, Connecticut, Toronto and Brazil. With 450 employees all over the world and 220 in London, the firm is looking for a diligent and proactive Senior Recruitment Coordinators to join a HR team of 5.
Your new role
In your new role you will, Prepare new hire offer documents in line with international and regional legislation requirements, Liaise with our third-party background screening provider to issue and monitor background checks for candidates, Update all necessary systems in a timely manner, to ensure on boarding data can be tracked and reported diligently.
You will also work closely with Business Development Team on an ongoing basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have Financial Markets experience (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Financial Services). Previous experience dealing with complex contracts, managing on boarding process, conducting compliance, drafting offer letters and you would have worked in a busy environment.
