Location: Hybrid working – London Bridge office
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
We are working with a global brand experience agency who are looking for a Recruiter to join their London team to support their Senior Recruiter. You must have either agency or in-house experience and be able to come in and deliver end to end recruitment. Ideally you will have hired within the events/creative space before. This is a highly autonomous role so you must be driven, creative and ready to hit the ground running. There’s no hand holding here!
- Managing the full recruitment process for EMEA and APAC positions
- Creating a talent pipeline with the sector
- Actively seeking new talent attraction strategies
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and coach when it comes to recruitment process and interviewing
- Utilise their ATS – Taleo – previous experience advantageous
- Working with senior management on salary benchmarking
Alongside the delivery of roles, you will also be involved in multiple projects such as improving employer brand, talent attraction, recruitment processes and social media usage.
