Ashley Kate are recruiting for a HR Advisor based near Castle Donington with some travel to Daventry. This is for a FTC of 12 Months to cover Maternity leave.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing general day to day HR support for employees across the company, with a heavy focus on Employee relations.
Are you looking for your next challenging HR role in a growing company?
Coaching and guiding managers throughout the process of employee relations cases, referring to policies, employment law, and HR best practice
Offering advice to employees with regards to their employment with the company throughout the employee life cycle
Providing support to the Recruitment Advisor throughout the recruitment process, from interviewing potential candidates to undertaking inductions for new starters
Supporting the senior members of the HR team with complex HR issues and organisational change
Actively working with the HR team on key HR projects
Have you got experience in managing and leading on ER cases?
Have you worked closely with managers to support on all aspects of HR?
Are you comfortable working alone or within a team?
Do you have a practical knowledge and understanding of employment law?
Are you competent in using HR databases and systems?
Do you have strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills?
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards
