HR Advisor - Warrington - £27k / £30k - Hybrid
Your new company
My client is a growing retail chain with over 60 stores across the UK. They are recruiting a HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC, to join their growing friendly team. Based 20 miles outside of Liverpool city centre, you will be working on a hybrid model with flexible hours. My client has a people focused culture with in their company and believes in development.
Your new role
You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders ensuring they stay in line with all HR policies and legislation. Have comprehensive knowledge on all HR issues and report back to the HR Manager. Have experience in ER and be able to advise on policies, procedures, disciplinary, grievance, long term absence, performance management and produce ER administration. You will have experience in a fast paced HR environment and working within in a HR generalist role. High communication skills, ability to organise and time management to deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for someone with high communication skills and a passion for HR. You will need a HR generalist back ground with experience in ER. People focused and enthusiastic about L&D, coaching and advising. Enjoy working in a fast paced HR environment and working to deadlines.
